Online registration of High level manpower in Pakistan

Systematic planning for development and effective utilization of highly educated professionals, scientific and technical manpower which constitute the most valuable asset of the country, is an essential prerequisite for achieving advancement. Realizing its importance, an agency was required to compile data of such manpower. National Talent Pool, Ministry of Labour, Manpower & Overseas Pakistanis was thus established to compile such basic data of high level manpower in the country with the following objectives:

Objectives

	To identify and mark key manpower occupations according to scarcity and relative importance for national development.

	To arrange for collection of basic personal data and details regarding professional attainments and work experience of talented persons.

	Forward the personal data forms to Overseas Employment Corporation in order to meet the demand of International labour market.

	To publish the inventories of high level manpower of various disciplines for user organizations such as Federal Ministries / Divisions/Provincial Governments and organizations working under them including research institutions.

Eligibility

All those persons who are at least M.A/M.Sc. in either of Physical, Natural, Computer Sciences , Agricultural, Administrative, social Sciences, Education or hold a degree in Medicine, Engineering or Chartered / Cost Accountancey are eligible for registration in National Talent Pool.
